In a strange turn of events Giant mogul Industrialist, Apple computer is set to face another lawsuit filed on May 18th of this year in the Miami Dade County Court by Douglas Taron Edwards.

In a strange turn of events Giant mogul Industrialist, Apple computer is set to face another lawsuit filed on May 18th of this year, in the Miami Dade County Court by Douglas Taron Edwards.

In a civil case styled: Douglas Taron Edwards vs. Apple Inc and the state of now deceased steve Jobs, movant claims that through a third party, The Harshaw Research Group stole its now existing Ipad technology.

It all started, the complainant goes on to say when he delivered under contract his newly created N-Touch - Supacell specs to Harshaw and a Patent company that specializes in getting Patents from the US government, and they, in turn acting in collusion with Defendants took over his endless hours of work on his project and made it their own with having to pay a penny for or what is even worst without rights of ownership or possession
Defendants sent a copy of Plaintiff ' s copyrighted material to Apple without Plaintiff ' s consent, while Plaintiff was serving time in a State prison
