In an unprecendented decision the U.S. Supreme Court has just ruled in favor of the Colorado baker, Jack C. Phillips, who refused to make a wedding cake for gay couple, based upon religious beliefs.

A supreme Court Justice was quoted as saying: "The laws and the Constitution can, and in some instances must, protect gay persons and gay couples in the exercise of their civil rights, but but religious and philosophical objections to gay marriage are protected views in some instances protected forms of expression."

In a blatant display of horror at being told no or being denied by the Baker the Gay couple decided to sue, employing and wasting Human resources and State monies for such purpose since 2012.

Of course as the gay people swiftly missed the point: a Prostitute does not walk into the Baker store and say do you bake cakes for ho ' s? because they do not need a reminder that lifestyle and gender preference is their business not the baker's, but in this case the 2 ferries on honeymoon decided it was best to not only openly display their love for one another, but letting the baker and others know the more obvious truth: the smell of shit is their favorite aphrodisiac; this might have been a bit too far, no one cares for your tastes and that is annoying.

Should the Supreme Court enact Law to protect prostitutes from the same fate? The baker, Jack C. Phillips, said: 'I was thrilled ' at the Supreme Court decision, I serve everybody,” Phillips says, but adds, “I don’t create cakes for every message that people ask to create.”
