Austin, TX City, -December 09, 2015 -(TerraUS, mhUSA)-
Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard arguments in what is easily the most baffling case it’s going to hear this session, yet another attack on affirmative action policies at state universities, in this case the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

The cae is brought about by one Abigail Fisher a girl from a rich suburb who was denied admittance to the University because of the great american socio-diversity and ridiculously so called affirmative action, instead the entry was given to a person a another race who, according to Abigail had no academic merits, except race.

This is the second time that the case is being presented in front of the Supreme Court. Throughout her now seven-year campaign to make the school pay for not letting her in, Fisher has never been able to produce any evidence that the school tossed her application to make room for a less qualified minority applicant.

That’s because, as the University alleges: ʻʻthroughout this ordeal, Fisher was never getting in to their school. Fisher’s GPA and SAT scores weren’t high enough, and she didn’t have enough external accomplishments to convince the school to give her a shot otherwiseʼʼ.

No one wins in the affirmative action ordeal, only the minorities do and have done so in the past, as this case proves, the school now hides under the GPA curtain to justify their actions but what justification do they have for the lesser qualified other race individual? none that we know of.
