When Mr; Larkin bought several games and found out the maliciousness behind the sale the hard way, on of the game s in question is: Assassin ' s Creed: Gamestop edition which every gamer knows that it requires a special code to add the extra conent and which is readily displayed on the game ' s packaging.



However when He purchsed the mentioned game it did not work, the previous owner had already used the code and Gamestop failed to advised him of this or to include such code. Is it fair to the consumer? no!

Another game that failed to include the so called passport is: Assassin ' s Creed: Revelations which reads in part on the back of the package: " Multiplayer enabled with your passport" when he got home and found that his passport code to access multiplayer online and certain campaign gameplay as well was not there he felt like anyone else: cheated out of his money, a custom well developed and concealed by Defendants.
